If you sick you will die here no customer service and the employees here and very unfriendly

The service here in this hospital is disgusting , we have been here last week and couldnt see the doctor we are here now again and we are being told that we must follow the line again all we need is to see the blood test why is that so difficult can someone please get back to me on this urgently
