government hospital charging for covid19 testing

this is a government hospital and closest to me in Bonela durban. my daughter was showing symptoms of covid but maybe it's nothing but you have to get tested. I phoned the she phoned the said hospital to enquire b4 going there she was told she has to pay R75. I know all government hospital & clinics are free for covid testing so why is this hospital changing R75 this is wrong so please department of health look in to this facility & investigate why they charging a fee it should be free
