Blind disabled pensioner treated badly

I'm still in shock after today visit to the hospital to visit my grandmother firstly she is an disabled lady that has no legs and is currently blind to both eyes.they only allow one vistor which I understand because of covid-19 but she was naked with just a blanket covering her she had no pillow and was extremely scared when I was talking to her she thought I'm one of the nurses which clearly mean they don't treat her right anywhere the staff at ward E was extremely rude they're just don't care at all I'm very disgusted.
