Kind 2 Hearing has a sales pitch that if one is unhappy with their product one can return it within a month for a refund. One would normally expect a refund to mean all costs will be refunded. What Kind 2 Hearing does not add at the time of sale is that they will deduct a considerable amount for nefarious reasons. As it is, it is two months after the product was returned and we are still waiting for a refund. Given that they are perfectly happy to sell to a person suffering from dementia who has difficulty in dealing with the minuscule batteries and the process of changing them I would stongly recommend avoiding this most unprofessional purveyor of hearing aids. Caveat emptor!!
