Not so kind
After trying to resolve an issue for nearly two months I am just told the director is handling it. That doesn't make my issue any less urgent or sever. They don't respond to emails and and don't follow through with what they say they will. I would say they are anything but kind to the hearing impaired.

Hearing aids - Kin2Hearing
Kind2Hearing is 'the most ********* business' which I have EVER dealt with!!! They do an 'initial screening' (which YOU, as the patient pays for) and 'make you believe' that you have a 'hearing problem' and NEED hearing devices accordingly!!! Other private audiologists have confirmed their (Kind2Hearing)'s "money making racket!" NONETHELESS!!! I purchased a set of hearing aids, based on their 'alleged pre-liminary tests' and it cost me almost R30 000.00 (with the insurance and guarantee, which have both expired in the meantime!!!) I am STILL repaying the bank for these devices, WHICH I DO NOT NEED!!! Kind2Hearing is NOT willing to 'buy back their very own Phillips devices' - which raises a question mark of its own!!! Nobody else is willing to buy their devices and WHY??? Something is VERY WRONG HERE!!! I DEMAND a REFUND A.S.A.P!!!
