Bad experience

I was very disappointed with Kind2Hearing with the service I received over the last 4 years. First of all the Sonic hearing aids that I bought for R50,000 was a tremendous disappointment. The devices were returned to their laboratory 4 times for repairs during the 4 year period with costs that varied from R5 k to R7 k per repair. I also found that the laboratory which they use for their repairs was rather unprofessional, with providing very little information related to the repairs. I had to wait each time for a week or more for the hearing aids to be returned causing me to be without hearing support. I was also told that hearing aids are like a car and should be expected to be replaced after 4 years and it was now maybe time for an upgrade!! I will find it extremely hard to recommend Kind2Hearing to anybody. Chris
