Terrible Admin!!!!

We canceled our services with Kiklo purely based on the admin practices in that business.

It gives one the feeling that they do not know what they are doing. We cancelled 2 months ago and we are still getting debited plus prorate every month.

Service is shocking, you wait up to 4 weeks for a support call to be answered not even resolved. On top of that its like trying to cancel from Telkom, impossible. Now i have to recover funds that was meant for my birthday which is today.

Thanks kiklo for the lovely Bday gift. Absolutely shocking... We want compensation for this very bad day Kiklo has given us.
