Kiklo FTTX is the worst!

Kiklo should never be anyone's ISP choice. Ever.

Day 7 without internet connectivity and the 'support' team at Kiklo were still as blase as on day 1 when I logged a fault.. No continuum of care along the journey -no updates/proactive communication and theirs is to only rspond when a client follows up. If they respond. Never in my life have I been treated with so much disdain by a service provider! I went from being frustrated to being angry and complete awe. How a company that has 0 respect fpr client is in business. What a wow! Thank you Siyanda from Metrofibre and Jana from NFI for coming to the rescue- going beyond the call of duty to deliver exceptional service!!!
