Kiklo blames client and compromise my security

good day Kiklo is blaming clients for the line that don't work WOW...they told me its my network and that i need to change my IP ranges to one range so i did and made all static and made sure there is not a loop in the network that can cause issues. If redone my entire network just to compromised my security as the helpdesk could see exactly what i have on my network cameras, alarms ect all is compromised. thanks for the bas service. I wonder if thats allowed as per the POPI act ill be righting a complain to them asap
