Fantastic Service & highly competitive price

Having a quick search to find the details for the Kiklo website I came across this Hello Peter page which I feel is a completely one sided view of the service they deliver, I have been luckily enough to have been with Kiklo for around 4 years. I live in an area which up until Kiklo Fibre was available, the only way to get a decent internet connection was via an LTE connection and a hugely expensive and prohibitive costs (No way to steam Netflix etc) Telkom had stopped replacing coper due to theft many years prier to this. Kiklo canvased the area and within a few month started rolling out Fibre, I think they had completed most of the area within 6 months. I think in the 4 years we have a had a couple of hours of down time here and there and almost all of the time, the under lying cause has been the primary carrier which means it’s out of Kiklos hands, they kept us informed whilst the repairs where undertaken. Yes they are a small growing business and mistakes can happen and lesson learned, but on a whole they do a fantastic job at a highly competitive price point. Keep up the great work Kiklo.
