BAD SERVICE
These guys are ridiculous. Its been over a year now and still no effort in resolving my query.
My router was installed in the kitchen right next to my stove. This makes cooking a mission, with steam and splatters everywhere.
I have called and emailed a million times, still no assistance from them. All they do is threaten to cut my services if I dont pay.

21 Apr 2021, 20:45Hi Simangele. We are sorry to hear about the poor location of your router. Unfortunately, Kiklo is a reseller and cannot relocate the termination point and is therefore communicating with the FNO to try to assist in finding a resolution that suits both parties.
