Rude and *********** just to push sales !!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I have a complaint with kia weltevreden and the incompetency of the sales person named Gizelle Bunting and their Rude Manager Rohaan Dastigeer from that dealership. I need to understand why is that i have to pay for the 125 - check point done to my vehicle after i have cancelled my trade in deal with them . They saying they do not need my consent for anything as They say they can’t give me back my vehicle without me paying for that 125 check done on my car . They did not do anything to my vehicle however i am expected to pay an amount of 2200 . Its alot of money which i did not even agree with them on paper and it will cost me to pay from my own pocket. I did not sign anything with the bank regarding my new contract with the vehicle i was supposed to buy from kia however kia has already settled my car and they mentioned that they did not need my consent 🙄. How the hell do they do things without the clients consent? What kind of business is that ? I left them with my car because they insisted i leave my car with them but wont settle the car until i sign the contract with the bank . So I believe they won’t do anything to the car until I sign. I asked for the bank to reverse the funds back to them so they can give me back my vehicle. However they are refusing to give me back my vehicle without me paying that amount of 2200. I need urgent assistance from the head office of kia regarding this matter. As now Kia Weltevreden is refusing to return back my vehicle !!!
