Refusal to fix my hooter

I had a KIA RIO bought at the same dealership with no issues. Bought now the KIA Seltos. Unfortunately i bumped a dog and the bottom left of the front bumper got damaged. Took in it to an approved panel beater as per warrant conditions. Few weeks later the hooter stopped working.

Took to KIA to have it checked and they advised the was lose wires the panelbeater did not property fit. Took the car to the panelbeater they tested the horn by fitting a working one. They then confirmed the horn themselves are damaged.

I have had many cars but never had to replace the horn and KIA refuses to fix the horn. They want me to pay R1 900 to have horns worth R1 900 checked.

You guys have lost a loyal customer. Will find another home.
