Pathetic service

Booked for key check and got there the next day, vehicle is not booked-Blank booking in place, but they have my contact details as a first time client,how ironic is that. Service is horrible. Not the first time, 02 November 2024 went in for battery replacement, no parts sales consultant at the reception, outside smoking and ge referred me to Hyundai across the road
