Kia Weltervreden Traffic Offence with TradeIn

I traded in my car in April 17 2018 - KIA RIO 1.4Tec - this car was at the dealership since this date. There is a traffic fine of R1600 and R500 that took place on 28 April in Ekueuleni. As a result I cannot renew my license. No one @ Kia is returning my calls or even bothering to answer my emails. If they don’t reply on this I will follow up with the ombudsman. I need them to pay of the tickets of from since I traded in the vechile.
