Car problem

Service I got from KIA Weltevredpark from the sales manager Dawie Steyn was bad service he walked away trying to engage with him regarding the car problems I have with the car I bought from they’re dealership. He’s not willing to help regarding sump leakage. The car had sump leakage which was refilled before according to they’re records and they’re not willing to exchange the sump, they want me to pay from my pocket while I have a warranty I bought from dealership. After two weeks of purchasing the car I had a sound system problem they took a month to replace it. I am given run arounds and they’re inconveniencing me due to a problem they new about.
