I bought a new kia seltos with a slight damage on the ceiling and have requested Bianca to please me a new top she agreed that she spoke to parts and they have ordered today after 3 weeks my calls are not answeredi feel ignored she referes me to parts manager Cassim who doesn't know anything about the request
