Bad after sales service. False promises

Bad service. False promises.

Parents bought a brand new kia suv , sales guy great service . Ince deal was done and they got the car , complete turn around in service. Sales guy made no effort to get the car registered and plates handed to them. My parents kept following up and each time promises made but never kept. Eventually temp plates expired they cudnt use their new car as the sales guy didnt deliver the number plates. They spoke to dealer principal and all he gave no help or assistance.

Eventually they reported it to Kia south Africa
