Worst Service

After assessing my Kia Picanto, Kia Silverlakes informed me that they need to strip my gearbox for R5500, where after they would quote on repairs (2017 model with 57000kms on clock). I asked what assessments had been done and why they thought it was the gearbox. I was literally laughed at. Took my car elsewhere, turns out it was a clutch problem, not the gearbox. My car was fixed within a day. So disappointed. Will never go back.
