Untrue Sales Service

Intended to purchase used vehicle, Kia Sportage, 2012 with 28000km. Went to Kia spoke to Sales person, he sent documentation to my wife, there was continuous communication between my wife and him. On Monday 02.03.2015 he contacted me, told me the vehicle has been sold. The manager at the branch informed me the vehicle was sold on the 26.02.2015 already. Sales person **** and deceived my wife the whole time. I sent a complaint by email to Kia Customer Care, received no feedback from them up to date and no further feedback from any management employee. I have myself contacted Kia numerous times to find out what they are going to do about this incident, spoke to manager at Kia Silver Lakes Pieter and he said they will look for another vehicle but it is clear that there is no interest at all from Kia!
