that I got from this dealership is out of this world

15 May I got a delivery of a demo Kia Pegas on the 3rd of July when it went for 15000km service it was noted that the car had defaults and some missing components

1,two tyres have cracks 2.two brake disks need attention/skimming 3.wiper are worn out 4.condesor hook need replacement 5. Bonnet black trim with clips missing

I immediately brought it forward to the management which after that did not want to resolve the issue and they kept on saying the Salesman is the one who supposed to buy all those things which I do not understand as on how did it pass the 101 inspection and how is it a salesman fault ,they kept on taking me pillar to post with no resolution and more broken promises until I did lay formal complaint to Kia SA and their finding on 07/10/2026 without any proper explanation as at some point I was shown an internal invoice that the bonnet trim was installed on 25/06/2026 which doesn't make sense as the vehicle was with me, it raises a serious concern and need to be investigated by Kia South Africa along with MIOSA

Kia resolution

They acknowledge that some components were missing on the car ,which they did not want to account

They are willing to replace the following only 1.bonnet trim with 6x clips 2.wipers 3. Condenser hook

They are not willing to do the following and acknowledge

1. Skimming of brake disk 2.changinf of two tyres which are cracked

Their reason being I drove the car for 15000km that is the reason why those two are in that condition, My question is how can a tyre only 2 of them get affected by the 15000km along with their brake disk and not the other 2?

I am disputing this refusal of their finding as even from the beginning they did not want to account they tried to throw the salesman under the bus to say he is the one who supposed to and promised me that he will buy those things for me said by Used car sales manager Vusi Gule

I am yet to receive their response on my ***
