Pathetic Service at Kia Silverlakes

What a parhetic service. I took my new car (Kia Seltos) to fit a towbar. To my surprise, the fitment agent calls and say the price is now R9,000. This was a day after we received a quote for R5,000 from the sales lady, who sold us this car 3 weeks ago. When we asked what changed the price within 24hours, we were told that they have 2 different price models. The R5,000 is charged if you fit the towbar prior to collecting a new car. And the R9,000 is charged once the car has been off their premises. This is a ripoff. What's shocking is that this is the same dealership where we bought the car and our car did not even have number plates when we brought it for the fitment. I will never ever support KIA BRAND and will definitely spread the message to everyone I know. Your service is pathetic and so appalling.
