my recent experience with their service. Before the purchase they provided excellent support and followed up promptly, but after the sale and completion of paperwork, the level of care and communication dropped significantly. I now feel neglected and dissatisfied, as I am the one having to chase for items and services that should have been provided as standard. This has left me with the impression that their interest ended once the transaction was finalised, and it has greatly affected my overall opinion of your business. I am really not happy nor satisfied.
