Kia Silverlakes Takes Us in Circles on Spare Key

We bought a Hyundai Accent, in July 2020 without a spare key, after the salesperson, Patrick, promised to get the key to us. Three months down the road, we are still waiting. We have visited the dealership several times. The last we visited, the manager saw us and took off - not wanting to talk to us. Worst services ever!
