Excellent service

Wow - what an exception to the rule where we normally complain about bad service, we had received such wonderful service from Kia Silver Lakes - especially the sales person Alfie dos Santos.<br> <br> We saw a Kia Picanto 2009 model advertised and my mom was so excited about the vehicle. However when we took delivery of the vehicle we noticed that it did not have power steering.<br> <br> Without hesitation Alfie said no problem, we can return the car and he went out of his way to find a vehicle in a similar prize range with power steering for my mom. <br> <br> He kept us up to date with progress and a very happy mom took delivery of a i10 last week.<br> <br> Thank you Alfie for the wonderful service with a smile. We will definitely return if we are buying cars in the near future and will recommend Kia Silver Lakes and you with ease.
