Bad service after signing for purchase

Yoh their service is best when they want you to come buy. After the purchase you will know their true colours. Mo more give you that assistance like the time you wanted a car. After signing the deal they are done with you. When u ask on things u don’t understand they no longer reply on their personal WhatsApp like they used to. I will never refer anyone.
