Bad experience ever infacf it's horrible!

Worst experience ever.It was supposed to be a great experience for me buying my car for the first time which turned into a total nightmare in a matter of days.Got my car on Thursday within 3 days after my car was stopped on a high way and there was a problem called the sales person he came to assist then I managed to take the car back home.I told the sales person that I wanted the deal reversed and he was running around until they let people to collect it.Then the following day I was called and told that it was just a loose terminal they fixed it.Mind you I already told them that I don't want the car anymore because I knew they will be busy taking me up and down I decided that they should bring it back it's fine since they say it's fixed,the lady said they will bring it today at 9am.I took a morning off at work to accommodate them it was at 9h15 when I sent a message to the sales person to ask where are they cause they were suppose to be here at 9 am.Only to be called by the lady at 9h38 to let me know that the drivers are only going to leave in 5 mins time...This company has no integrity or what's so ever especially if you know that the customer is not happy you would want to make sure that moving forward they are happy not with this company.The lady didn't even Apologies for not informing in time that they will not come anymore at 9,she just didn't even care that I took time at work to accommodate them..it's a horrible experience ever I'm so shocked that a big company like this will do such things!!
