BAD CAR SERVICE

I brought my car in for Service on the 20th of March 2020. My car now feels unstable and I don't feel safe driving it.

When I took the car in for Service the lady at the reception gave me a receipt with incorrect details. I only noticed that when I arrived at home later that evening. She had written details of a man who lives in KZN.

The next morning I went there to have the details changed. She pretended as if she had to call someone in to correct it and made me wait for a while. Thereafter she changed it. When she gave me the receipt she was rude.

I don't believe that my car was serviced, if anything, they worsened the alignment of the tyres. If they knew what I did for a living they would not have taken advantage of me.

I don't have time to opt for a Civil claim against them, I just want to expose them.

I'm NOT satisfied with the Service I got from them and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
