Missing jack and spanner after service

I took my car to kia roodepoort for service on the 7th o January 2022. On my arrival the guy started checking the car on his own without even waiting for me to get out of the car. When I got out of the car he asked me to sign some documents and the car was taken in.

After the service was done, I was told that they they did some cheques and my spare wheel is too flat. We checked to see if everything is the way it was when I arrived I noticed that my jack and spanner were missing. The lady by the name Amelia whent to ask the guy who checked in the car and he said I never came with it.the spare wheel that they checked always has my jack and spanner inside it.

I asked the lady to check the cameras to confirm that I never came with them n she told me they don't ***** customers belongings however ever since I serviced my car no one has ever told me that they checked my spare wheel, it was the first time.

The lady didn't even make any effort to assist me instead she asked me to check at home. It was not even the first time. I once took my car for service and my wiper blades were swoped and I was given old, torn wipers.

Atleast if I was shown a footage that I never came with them but her failure to check for me says a lot about what happens behind the scenes. I will never ever service my car at kia roodepoort.
