Kia picanto battery lasted 7 months

I bought a car last year October around May 2023 I started having a problem with that car battery till to date. On July when I took the car for service Kia Heartfield told me to get a new battery. I sent an email to kia customer care no reply and I want to know how come my battery only lasted 6 to 7 months
