Kia bad service

I bought a demo vehicle September 2022 with Kia disc and it expired February 2023. I tried to call them to resolve my issue but yet they didn't resolve it until I got a ticket and went to them and they gave me a permit. Now the permit has expired andim busy calling them and they still don't resolve my issue. Wilton
