I bored tie rod end for R1780 and they give me a wrong one so the want me to pay R3500 for the to verifier if its but o n my side i did proof that is wrong

i bored tie rod end at KIA next to west gate the give me a wrong part but they don't want to verifier if its wrong they said i must pay R3500 for replacement the one i bored is not the same size coppering with the one from my car even after replacing my car it doesn't align when the do alignment the said maybe its a factory furled i ask them to give my the wright part still today its almost 6months they still don't want to check if its a wrong part i boarded for R1780 I even do my car service with them but when i ask them how the going to found out that the give me a wrong part the want me to pay R3500 i leaved that part with them i still have pipers for that tie re end can you please help all i want is my money back i took my car to them all the did was to take photos but they didn't replace to verifier but they still saying i must pay for their wrong doing please all i want is my money back
