Hi ,I would like to report Kia Roodeport . I bought a used car (Ford Focus 1.5 ecoboost) on the 9th of October 2021 after buying I drove 2km and I discovered gear no6 is faulty and I had to return it to the shop.. Since then my problem started they promise to check it and fix it but they failed to do so . We had an agreement to uplift the deal so I can go buy another car somewhere else. On the 27th of October 2021 the bank gave them authorization to uplift the deal and they pulled out a settlement statement from the bank up until to date they giving me run around game they don't call me to update me sometimes when I call they don't take my calls. This matter I tried to report the dealership to kia SA but they also didn't help me anyhow I'm now struggling emotionally and work purpose
