Bent Rim on new spare tyer and rude Kia Roodeport Manager !!

I bought my Kia Sonet in January 2026 in Kia in Roodeport , the gentleman who assured me with sale was extremely helpful with care . I recently called in as I had noted that my tyre rim on my spare wheel was bent , I called the manager of the store Mr Ashley Naidoo, firstly He told me it’s my fault that I only notice the bent rim now and then continued to say it’s arguable that I had damaged the rim , even though I just sent photo proof that it’s still new and my insurer who was there to assist me on a roadside call had noticed it and asked me to report it . This man was very rude , speaking over me and not allowing me to even describe the situation . After trying to calmly converse he then shut the phone on me and has since blocked me. I would like Kia to handle this situation with extreme importance , ima customer who still has other ads in services with Kia and having a manager be rude , shout over me as a woman trying to seek assistance is appalling.
