Pathetic service

I received the worst service of my life, pathetic service, I took my car in for service and was called numerous times regarding a chip on my windscreen and when the car was done no one cared to call me and advise, at 17:45 I called in only to be told my car was ready long time, the agent told there were no drivers to pick me up with so much arrogance, I had to find my way to Kia when I was promised to be picked up, pathetic service
