Kia Randburg is trash

I have been a Kia owner for the past 8 years and have exclusively used Kia Randburg. The decline in standards over the last year have been extremely noticeable. I have had an abysmal experience yet again with the following occurring: - Dropped off my car at 7:30 as my aircon was not working and had asked how long it would take, expecting that the diagnosis of this would be quick - 2 hours later I received a call from Kia, surprised that the communication suddenly improved. I was wrong, I got a call to upsell me on improvements to my vehicle. When I was asked for an update on my car, I was told that’s not their department - I called 3 times for updates on my car over an hour and a half with service consultant after service consultant passing me off because it wasn’t assigned to them - Finally I get a call later to be told my aircon compressor needs to be replaced. What is absolutely insane though is that they still charged me for the aircon regas!

Do yourself a favour, use someone else. The quote given to me by Kia Motors for the Compressor was R28000. RS Service Centre can do it for R16k. If that’s indicative of their margin, imagine how much you’re overpaying on everything else.
