Kia Randburg charges for non existent window chips

I took my car in for a service and their agency contacted me stating that I had 2 chips on my windscreen that needed urgent repairs. I told them that the chips were there for a long time but the agent coerced me to go ahead with the repaid, when I collect my car and tell the service rep that these were already there she just says I must contact a third party called starbreak as they do the repairs. The chips were non existent and I have been ****** by Kia Randburg and their partners. I have also seen reviews from numerous people about this and not sure why these guys are allowed to operate.
