Kia Pica to clutch issue on a fairly new purchase

I bought a 2018 Kia Picanto (pre-owned, around 24 000km in the clock) in Oct 2020, and within 6 months of purchase(Feb-Mar2021) the car started having funny noises when I stepped on the clutched. I took it in and they fixed the issue.

A year later (Feb 2022) the gear becomes stiff all pf a sudden in one day and I urgently rush it off to the nearest Kia dealership (Kia The Glen) and they adjust the clutch. I ask for the reason for the clutch issue and I was told they do not know and for them to investigate they need to open the car and that might comes with +/- R4000 of the labour cost just for the investigate.

I mean, this is a new car that I bought. I do not have 2 years owning the car but it is already giving such issues, and I'm told they don't know whether the issue will come again and any timelines. I feel ****** of the opportunity of buying a reliable car, which is what I was after all along.

I have not contacted Kia Randburg again because their Web page doesn't show any email for complaints, and it is inconvenient having to go that far, esp for the same issue. I need this to be resolved and at no cost to me, because surely this issue isn't supposed to happen in a fairly new car.
