Horrible and shocking service - lack thereof

My experience with Kia Randburg on 19-April-2023 ranks as amongst THE MOST HORRIBLE, tantamount to calling into Home Affairs. NO ONE will answer the phone and also, NO ONE will call you back on the arrival of any part that you have PAID for IN FULL the day before and the time is 14:00.

I have called in a multiple times today, I have tried to access the department I thought (using the phone prompt) and hoped would help...and NOTHING has succeeded. Totally abysmal and a shocker and was not expecting this at all, but then again - the lack of movement does not inspire at all! I have received a sms confirming that I would receive a call back as they see that they have missed my call...now longer than 30mins later and still no call.
