***** false advertising

This is totally ***** they advertise things misleading customers I drove 29 km to Kia Randburg only to find out that the above car that they advertised for R79 999 Is being sold for R199 999 at show room Hyundai Accent 1.6 fluid 2017 used I spoke to the sales at Kia Randburg by the name Lloyd unfortunately he was. Not aware of the price he had to call his sales manager.only to be told its advertising mistake

My question is whose fault is?? Is it mine as client? Do we have to suffer expenses and loose over misleading. Information. And mismanagement?? Who is going to compensate the time and money that I lost driving for more than am hour excited that I'm going to buy a car that is not there???
