DISGUSTING DEALERSHIP/SERVICE/WORKMANSHIP

Digusting Workmanship and Service. May 2020 clutch kit and fly wheel was replaced. On receiving my car found the my gears was not as smooth and a grating feeling when changing gears. since then randburg has replaced with 2 gearboxes and even worst each time they replace something else on the vehicle. Dealer principle and service manager still unable to resolve issue. After sending a letter to Kia Sa I was told there is nothing wrong with my vehicle as per Kia Technical and if I wish I could take to a private company to give me a report. I took my Vehicle to Kia Edenvale and Edenvale by just driving my vehicle notified me there is clearly a problem with my gears/clutch. I have since notified Randburg and still awaiting Technical to come back to them. JUST PASS THE BUCK NO CUSTOMER STATISFACTION...
