Bad attitude

So yesterday, 20.12.2019 I took my car to Kia Randburg for the 75 000km service. I got it back around 17:00. This morning as I was driving out of Jhb headed to Pietermaritzburg, I could feel that my car’s steering wheel starts vibrating as soon as I reach 100 or 120 speed. I turned back and went to Kia Randburg. When I got there, I met one of the guys from the service center. I explained to him what happened and first thing he blamed was my bumper which has a small cut infront. When I tried explaining that bumper has been like that for a while now, he told me that the problem I’m experiencing isn’t stemming from yesterday’s service. He basically gave me bad attitude instead of test driving the car and get a feel of what I’m getting. I had to wait for his manager, who out on a test drive to come back and help me. I am really not happy with how the guy addressed the issue. I did not get his name but he’s tall, fair in complexion with dreadlocks.
