WRONG YEAR CAR MODEL

WHAT A BAD SERVICE FROM KIA NORTHCLIFF.

I went to Imperial select North cliff December 18th 2018 to looking for a car that was suitable for me ,upon my arrival I spoke to a salesmen called Kundai that was assisting me ,when I got there I told him that am looking for a 2015 Renault Clio and he should me the vehicle confirmed that it’s a 2015 model.

The application was processed for the Renault Clio 2015 model,

I was then called by them telling me that I need to come and sign the documents for them to release the vehicle ,I went to sign on the 21st December 2018 and the car was released.

On the 25th February I see a debit order of MFC from my bank account, I was shocked that now my monthly instalment is

Then after that I received a call from a lady that told me that she is calling me from MFC ,she told me that upon registration of my name on the vehicle they found out that the car is a 2013 model not a 2015 as per my knowledge and mind you my policy with my insurance am paying for a wrong car 2015 model.

I called Imperial select north cliff to find out what’s happening they told me that they made this mistake but they have paid the difference of R14000.00 to MFC it shouldn’t be a problem thereafter. without consulting me as the buyer.

I told this Donovan guy that how do you go behind my back and pay R14000 that I didn’t approve whether I want to bring back the car or I will keep the car?

I told them that I will be coming to their offices and the appointment was made to see them but appointment was concealed 15mins before I reach their office ,I was already on my way.

Then I told them that they need to come to our offices because I can’t take offs anytime agreed he kept on postponing till to date.

I then sent email doing a follow up and he told me that he no longer works there ,I should speak to Ahmed Essa whose a new manager he knows the situation but when I spoke to him he told me that they can do a changeover because I had the vehicle for a very long time .

his no longer working for them, Colin has taken over and his blaming everything to me I would never recommend them to anyone.
