Worst Car Buying Experience, Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability.

I bought a car from Kia Northcliff, and it broke down within a month. Months later, I'm still paying for a vehicle I don't have, with no proper resolution. To make matters worse, the salesperson Zola ignored my calls and messages, made false promises, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care and disrespectful. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. I would strongly advise potential buyers to avoid dealing with Zola (Salesman) and to think twice before purchasing from Kia Northcliff.
