Unprofessional Service from Cecilia Gibson - Kia Northcliff who moved to a Cape Town branch

I purchased a car by Cecilia Gibson who is known as CC by Kia Northcliff.

I have never received such unprofessional service: • First I had to beg to get the tax invoice from her to be able to pay the deposit and get insurance for the vehicle • 19th May at 06:47 I informed her I want to cancel the extended warranty that was in any case not on the invoice, she never informed the F&I and when I went to sign the documents I was informed the warranty was still on and then I had to wait for her to change the entire transaction. • Again I had to beg just to get a copy of my OTP from her, I even asked her for a hard copy that I can scan it but indicated she will scan it. I only received it the 27th May after 13:00 • The collection of the vehicle was arranged for Wednesday but with the tow-bar being installed it was moved to Thursday at 15:00, as confirmed by her at 08:33 via WhatsApp. Later she asked it to be moved to 16:00 but I informed her I can’t as it is peak traffic then. I only left the dealership at 16:30. As I drove off I notice there was a new warning, she said it was the tires were just pumped and the notification was for the tires. Later I was helped by a colleague that the warning is for the lights that are not working. I phoned her then she informed me the guy who installed the tow bar said there was an issue with the lights… on the 3rd June the vehicle went to Jeep to look at the tire pressure warning, they informed me the person who installed the tow bar tampered with the wiring. • When I collected the vehicle road worthy was not even done as they couldn’t find the engine number, she asked that I go back that they do the road worthy, I went back on the 27th May at 08:44 I called her and informed her I am outside, I informed her personally as well I need to leave latest at 10:45. I asked that they look at the bulbs as well. She took the vehicle to the workshop to see if they can find the engine number but they were unsuccessful, she went back to her office trying to get hold of someone but they didn’t get back to her, she then talks about her personal experience of people smoking **** around her in a house and went on and on about their personal lives. I asked if they looked at the lights and she said no she forgot but Jeep will be able to look at it when the car is by them to do the sensors. After the wait she then said we will need to go to Jeep to ask them where it is, we drove all the way to Jeep, then back to the roadworthy place and still they could not find the engine number. She was busy on her phone and it was already around 10:35 with no one busy with my car, I asked her what is happening as I really need to leave. She then went in the office, came out a while later to say they don’t want to road worthy the vehicle. Frustrated as I wasted 4 hours as travel time is an hour each way. She said she will arrange someone to fetch my car to do the road worthy, and they will leave a car for me. I asked that they come Tuesday the 31st May at 07:00, she said they can’t as they only start work at 08:00 but he will be there first thing. The guy only arrived at 10:55 and left me a disgusting vehicle with chicken crumbs by the console and dirty glasses.

Cecilia Gibson raved at her position at Kia, that they employed 2 people to take over her work and that they gave her a car to drive to Cape Town. I honestly will never buy a car from Cecilia Gibson again.
