I was looking for a car to purchase and one of the dealers I was looking through was Kia northcliff ,however I managed to find a better deal at Kia kempton park But the problem arose when I was trying to sign my contract with Kia kempton park as apparently Kia northcliff had already open a contract in my name without any consent given to them to go ahead with this information ,according to the popi act I believe it protects me in this matter and I am currently disappointed with the fact that Kia northcliff pulled such a stunt , I would never recommend them to any family or friend due to their sly ways neither would I consider purchasing from them There act caused me a lot of inconvenience as I almost missed my flight due to not being able to get a contract ready at kempton park
