No due diligence done on vehicles prior to selling them.

Got the absolute worst service from Kia Northcliff. I was in the final stages of purchasing a car, waiting for delivery. The salesman went quiet on me, and kept telling me that he will update me on the progress of the car but didn’t. Eventually went to the dealership to find out what is happening only to find out that the car they were going to sell me was a code 3 car that had been written off and subsequently rebuilt. That car should have never been placed on the floor prior to them verifying it’s status, let alone almost sold to me. The proper due diligence was clearly not done, which is so unacceptable especially due to the value and magnitude of the products they are selling. I was lucky they found out before bank pay out, so be careful, you might be getting sold a code 3 car. Don’t buy your car here.
