Kia Northcliff Servicing Department far Exceeded my expectation in regards to Customer Service, actual Service of my vehicle as well as the experience as a whole. i mostly Dealt with Shirley @ the front Desk, Who assisted me with booking in my Kia Cerato Koup, as well as advising me which parts needed to be replaced. This Process was seamless and done in good time. There was 1 minor issue with a incorrect Part ordered and could not be installed on the day, to which Saber & Shirley took in their stride perfectly. because of the High Professionalism & efficiency of the Team as a whole, & the s****ed mechanics, the Part was reordered & installed early morning before any of the mechanics shift even started. As mentioned above, the entire experience was a Positive one & i would definitely recommend the team!
