Disappointing Service

We test drove the petrol version on the Kia Seltos EX+ and requested the same car in diesel from the Sales person. It was confirmed that the vehicle was being sourced in the interim arrangements were made for the Cartrack to be installed. Confirmation was received that the vehicle was delivered and the Cartrack was installed. When we arrived, it was identified that the car was actually an EX and not the EX+. At this point it was confirmed that no EX+ was available in SA. Deal was cancelled and I am now left to pay the Cartrack fees as the Dealership is taking no responsibility.
