Defective car & takes no responsibility

Bought a car and after a few days the rear brakes were squeaking, took it back a week later and was told the brakes are fine, nothing wrong. But had VW look at it and it was metal to metal. They refuse to sort this issue out and are now not responding at all! 🤦🏽♂️
